Ordering a Fusion Credential

Fusion Academy and Futures Legacy students can order transcripts through Parchment by following the links below to set up or access their account.

Parchment is the most widely adopted digital credential service, allowing learners, academic institutions, and employers to request, verify, and share credentials in simple and secure ways. The platform has helped millions of people and thousands of schools and universities exchange more than 30 million transcripts and other credentials globally.

• Note: you must use Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop. Do not use a mobile device. Click here for a short, helpful video that will walk you through the process.
• What is my Fusion campus? Fusion Academy – All Campuses located in Grand Rapids, Michigan
• What is my registration code? You don’t need a registration code. Choose the “I do not have a registration code (provided by my school)” option instead.

• What is the typical turnaround time for requests? Requests are usually processed within 2-4 business days.

• Why have I not received my order (transcript or diploma reprint)? At times, some requests may be placed on hold. Reasons for a hold include:
  • Courses are still in progress/not completed
  • Missing learner information
  • Account Balance

Diplomas

Starting with the graduating class of 2025, diplomas will be distributed through Parchment.

Why the update? This new digital format offers several benefits:

• Rapid Access: Students can access their digital diploma as soon as they’re ready (within 24 hours).
• Easy Sharing: Digital diplomas can be easily shared with colleges, employers, and other institutions, providing a convenient option that’s increasingly recognized and preferred.
• Long-Term Security: Digital diplomas are protected from loss or damage, ensuring students always have access to this important document.

What can the student expect?

• Once the student’s courses are completed and closed out, the Registrar team will send the request to Parchment for processing.
• Parchment will deliver both a hard copy of the diploma, as well as a digital copy.
  • NOTE: to receive a digital copy, you will be required to Create a Parchment Account (if you haven’t already done so)
